The first step in your building process starts with our plan deposit. The deposit lays the foundation for the start of your new villa. Normally, a design session with your sales person and our designer is scheduled 1-2 weeks after the deposit has been received. This encounter with your sales consultant is brief as we try to get your desired floorplan on its way as quickly as possible. We then meet to discuss, in detail, exactly what kind of villa you are looking for and how we can create something that represents your character and lifestyle. After your design session, it typically takes 2-4 weeks (depending on back log) to create your set of preliminary building plans!
Once your preliminary plans have been completed, we then schedule a meeting to discuss and allow the customer to make any revisions necessary. Post meeting, revisions will be made and final renderings will start to be worked on.
Final Contract & Detailed Pricing
Once you have determined every last element of your dream villa, it is now time to get into detailed pricing and a contractual agreement.
Upon the signing of the contract, a down payment is now needed to begin the building phase. The down payment will be 50% of the purchase price. Material can then be ordered as soon as the day after payment is received, depending on the current schedule.
Contingent on the current backlog, a project can typically be started 4-6 weeks thereafter a down payment is collected and after materials have been received.
This is the day you have been waiting for! All the components of your Utopian Villas are now completed and are ready to ship. Whether you come to pick up your villa or we deliver and set it to your site, by the end of the day, your Utopian Villa is move in ready!
